1. What areas do you serve?
We provide delivery, setup, and pickup services within Winnipeg, Warren, and surrounding areas (Stonewall, Grosse Isle, Woodlands, Rockwood, etc.). If you’re outside this area, please contact us for availability and possible delivery fees.
2. How do I book a bounce house?
You can book directly through our website, by phone, or by email.
A $100 security deposit is needed to confirm your reservation. Please note, this deposit is non-refundable if the service is cancelled. The deposit will act as a damage deposit and will be refunded after we inspect the inflatables and confirm they are in good condition and not excessively dirty at the time of take down.
3. What is included in the rental price?
Our rental price includes delivery, setup, safety inspection, and pickup. Extension cords, stakes, and landing mats are also provided as needed.
4. How long is the rental period?
Standard rentals are for up to 5 hours. Extended rentals are available for an additional fee.
5. Are your bounce houses clean and safe?
Absolutely! We thoroughly clean and sanitize each unit before and after every rental. All equipment is regularly inspected for safety.
6. What surfaces can the bounce house be set up on?
We can set up on grass, concrete, asphalt, or indoors. Please let us know your surface type when booking so we can bring the right equipment.
7. What are the age and weight limits?
Most of our bounce houses are suitable for children ages 3–12. Weight and occupancy limits vary by unit—please check the product details or ask us for specifics.
8. How early do you arrive for setup?
We typically arrive 60 minutes before your event to ensure everything is set up and inspected before your guests arrive.
9. What should I do to prepare for delivery?
Please clear the setup area of debris, toys, pet waste, and sharp objects. Make sure there is a clear path for our delivery team.
10. Are there any restrictions on use?
No food, drinks, shoes, sharp objects, face paint, confetti, glitter, or pets allowed inside the bounce house. Adult supervision is required at all times.
11. What if the bounce house gets damaged during my rental?
Please contact us immediately if any damage occurs. Minor wear and tear is expected, but significant damage may result in a repair fee.
12. Do you offer discounts for multiple rentals or large events?
Yes, we offer package deals and discounts for multiple units or large events. Contact us for a custom quote.
13. Can the bounce house be set up in a park or public space?
Yes, we can set up in parks or public spaces. Please ensure you have obtained any necessary permits and confirm that power is available.
